Earl served as Executive Director of National Real Property Management at ESDC, managing a $250 million budget and overseeing 6.4 million square feet of office space. He pioneered hybrid work environments, modernizing workplaces for 40,000 employees. Earl's expertise spans roles in multiple federal agencies, and he holds an MBA from Queen’s University. 

A long time, passionate and dedicated advocate of truly flexible working solutions, Mel has an extensive global sales background in this space over 15+ years.  Mel’s specialty lies in tailoring modern working solutions for her clients that help promote and deliver long term growth, commercial success and employee satisfaction.

Stacey Ann Berry brings over a decade of expertise in government relations, advocacy, and policy development. At LAUFT, she leverages her experience as an advisor to an Ontario Cabinet Minister and a Federal MP, as well as her role as a director at the Toronto Board of Health, where she championed equitable health policies. As a consultant with Bstellar® Group Inc., she has guided clients through complex government processes and secured successful funding proposals. Stacey is a thought leader on public policy and AI governance, contributing to discussions on AI ethics and human rights. She holds a graduate degree in Public Policy Administration and Law from York University, along with certifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Court Administration.

Creativity runs in her blood. Growing up next to the ocean, tranquility and function inform her aesthetic. Traveling around the world and embracing the new and the grit of getting things done. Justine brings a worldly experience to her designs and her deep curiosity drives her abilities to solve problems and to provide excellent design solutions and applications for exceptional space experiences.

Nikolay is a full stack front end web developer with a strong background in Javascript, node, and react. With over five years of experience in the industry, Nikolay is skilled at creating user-friendly, responsive, and scalable web applications. In addition to his technical skills, Nikolay is also a strong communicator and team player. He is always willing to share his knowledge and experience with others and enjoys working collaboratively to solve complex problems.

With a strong passion for development, Jhonatan brings more than 7 years of experience in creating awesome user experiences. When he isn't writing code (which is a rare occurrence), Jhonatan can be found exploring the great outdoors and hiking with friends. Jhonatan loves supporting those around him with a true growth mindset for solving complex problems.

Joe is a passionate, driven web developer coming from a background in physics. His problem solving nature allows him to tackle the most complicated problems and his never give up attitude allows him to persevere through the most grueling tasks. He is always looking for new challenges that can expand his skill sets and enjoys discovering new algorithms that can speed up processes. Outside of coding Joe is an avid hiker and basketball player, and enjoys playing the piano.
